I'm interested in how things work, and even more in why they sometimes simply don't. That is why I observe before jumping to a solution and ask a lot of questions - constantly looking for patterns between what people say, what systems are designed to do, and what actually happens in everyday work.
I believe that good solutions don't need to be complex. A useful framework can be simple. A meaningful change starts with a conversation. And the people affected by a problem usually know a lot about how to solve it.
I like to leave things clearer, lighter and more workable than they were before.
